Order Placement & Processing
- Generally, all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS. Holidays and sale events can take up to 5 business days to ship, due to the increase in volume of orders. If your order hasn't shipped within 5 business days of you receiving the tracking email, please contact us at support@corkgenius.com.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timing
- Cork Genius currently offers Standard Shipping only. No other services are available.
- Standard Shipping is only available for destinations within the continental United States.
- Orders shipped with Standard Shipping generally arrive in 2 to 8 days.
- An order confirmation with tracking information will be sent to you upon shipment of your order.
- All orders can be tracked in real time using the carrier's tracking website. We generally use USPS, but occasionally use FedEx or UPS as well.
